I hope this is the Black rumped flameback woodpecker.
Not very common in city areas, this bird is on a very strange mission!

Lucky to find him perched on a plantain bud (not a quality shot, but I liked it)

Good morning Mohkum,
the quality of reception is not very good, but I am glad that I could still watch the woodpecker. I was once very much in the way of nature and have often observed woodpeckers. Everywhere in the woods you can hear them banging. Best regards Christel
