The greater flameback

These types of woodpeckers were so common earlier days, but due to our rapid urbanisation, nowadays they are very rerely seen.

Nice picture - this is a Black-rumped Flamebace _ Dinopium Benghalense - not a Greater Flameback - The moustachial stripes of the Greater Flameback are not seen this picture...
